At The Brunel we have introduced a new menu of fantastic authentic Thai cuisine to feed our hungry punters. Making a break from the usual samey fare found in bars and pubs, we have chosen to introduce the vibrant and exciting flavours of Thailand.
Among the mouth-watering spicy new dishes on the menu are classic Tom Yum soup, Pad Thai and coconut-rich yellow curry as well mixed seafood stir-fries, chicken satay skewers and rich curries.
Prepared with only the freshest ingredients, sample dishes on the menu include Pla Rad Prik (£6.50) Deep-fried Cod Fillet, Topped with Chilli Sauce; Tom Kha (£3.60) Coconut Milk Soup with Galangal, Lime leaves and Lemon Grass; Tord Man Pla (£3.90) Spicy Thai Fishcakes served with sweet chilli sauce, £3.90; Gaeng Pa (£6.50) Thai jungle curry with fresh thai herbs, krachai and vegetables.
